 This utility model patent infringement case involving the "Anti-Gravity Water Drop Humidifier", Case No. (2024) SPC IP Civil Final 370, has been successfully selected into Judicial Guiding Opinions of the Intellectual Property Court of the Supreme People’s Court (2024) and Annual Report on Legal Application of Intellectual Property Cases in People’s Courts Nationwide (2024), serving as a demonstrative landmark case in patent judicial practice.
