Willer brings a unique, multidisciplinary background to the intellectual property field. Prior to transitioning into IP advisory, he built an extensive career as a Wireless Network Optimization Engineer in the telecommunications industry. He collaborated extensively with leading global ICT companies, including Ericsson, Siemens, Nokia. In this capacity, he managed high-tech service teams across China and Southeast Asia, delivering critical network optimization solutions.
Since joining Gaowo, Willer has leveraged this deep technical foundation, team leadership experience, and advanced academic training (Ph.D.) to evaluate intellectual property matters from multiple vantage points. His practical background in telecommunications enables him to bridge the gap between complex R&D technologies and commercial business objectives.
