Work experience:

In 2007, Mr. Jay Qin obtained the lawyer's professional qualification, and in 2008, he was admitted to the Bar of the PRC and entered the intellectual property industry, and he has the lawyer's practice qualification and the patent agent qualification certificate. He has eight years of trademark lawyer experience in law-firm, and nine years of trademark management experience in a large Internet company. From the perspective of customers, he can provide customers with overallintellectual property protection solutions. Deeply cultivated in the field of intellectual property for 17 years, he handled more than 1,000 non-litigation and litigation cases of various trademarks. At the same time, he has participated in many discussions on the amendment of the Trademark Law and put forward legislative suggestions, and has long-term research and in-depth understanding of relevant laws and regulations in the field of intellctual property at home and abroad.
