On April 16th, the 23rd China Intellectual Property and Innovation Summit (CIPIS) was successfully launched in Shanghai. Subsequently, Lawyer Li also summarized the highlights of this case being selected as a typical case of the Intellectual Property Division of the Supreme People's Court from multiple dimensions, helping the attending guests form a more three-dimensional understanding of the Kaisai case. It also facilitate the guests to review experience from the case, and solve the intellectual property issues that they may encounter now or in the future based on their own realities.Lawyer Li Xiangdong's speech reached a climax in the main venue of the summit, winning rounds of applause and high recognition from the attending guests.
