On April 16th, the 23rd China Intellectual Property and Innovation Summit (CIPIS) was successfully launched in Shanghai. Subsequently, Lawyer Li also summarized the highlights of this case being selected as a typical case of the Intellectual Property Division of the Supreme People's Court from multiple dimensions, helping the attending guests form a more three-dimensional understanding of the Kaisai case.
