On the occasion of the 21st World Intellectual Property Day, the High-quality Development Conference on Intellectual Property and the signing ceremony of the Declaration on Intellectual Property Protection hosted by China Patent Protection Association were held in Beijing. And Beijing Gaowo Law Firm was invited to attend the development conference and the signing ceremony. The conference aims to enhance the awareness of respecting and protecting intellectual property rights in the whole society and promote the high-quality development of intellectual property rights of innovation subjects in various industries.The China Patent Protection Association, together with 14 national industry associations (institutes), exchanged and shared their experience in intellectual property work, and jointly signed the Declaration on Intellectual Property Protection (hereinafter referred to as the "Declaration").
It is China's first declaration on IPR protection jointly issued by a number of national industry organizations. The declaration pointed out that the establishment of industrial IPR self-discipline mechanism should be accelerated, exchanges and collaboration between industries should be strengthened and information sharing should be strengthened, and a credibility system for IPR protection should be jointly established.
