In order to improve the patent protection awareness of enterprises, Gaowo held the third salon “preliminary analysis of patent layout warning and retrieval analysis" in Beijing on March 27, 2019.
And about the salon, more than 110 people, including intellectual property management personnel, technical directors, r&d engineers and intellectual property teaching and research personnel of research institutes, were invited to the salon. Focusing on how to strengthen enterprise patent technology research and development, protection and application ability, the participants discussed about enterprise patent application, search, analysis and layout early warning strategy. And the participating enterprises are urged by teachers' detailed explanation and typical case analysis to strengthen the prevention and response to patent risks, effectively protect and utilize scientific research and innovation achievements so as to enhance their competitiveness.
And the salon is divided into two parts. In the first part, the former examiner of the national Patent Office and the senior patent agent of Gaowo share the common patent layout strategies, early warning measures and analysis strategies, and list the patent strategy cases of famous enterprises at home and abroad for simple explanation.
In the second part, the expert from Gaowo presided the round table meeting, and answered questions for the participants.
As the world technological competition is getting fierce, the enterprises in every country conduct patent strategy research one after another for patents is not only the standard to measure the strength of enterprises, but also regarded as the necessary weapon to defend themselves. And the enterprise patent layout has became the trend. Patent layout warning and retrieval analysis is good for the enterprises to grasp the overall situation and forecast the competitive intelligence and it has important guiding significance for technological innovation, resisting market competition, layout development strategy and so on.
