The 7th Patent Information Annual Conference of China was grandly held in Beijing International Convention Center during Sep.19th, 2016~Sep.20th, 2016. More than 4000 representative guests at home and abroad were gathered and had deeply discussion and communication around the topic “Patent operation promotes supply side reform”. Director of State Intellectual Property Office Changyu Shen emphasized in the speech that intellectual property was important support and basic guarantee to promote supply side structural reform and we should actively promote more patent to convert into realistic productivity, bring benefit and push development.

It was important support and basic guarantee to promote supply side structural reform. Therefore, both developed and developing countries issued new strategy, policy and measures in the field of intellectual property to promote innovation development of economic relying on intellectual property.
