2012 China Trademark Annual Event opened on Sep3th in Kunming city,Yunnan province.The deputy director of state administration for industry and commerce Fu Shuangjian had an important speech at the opening ceremony.He pointed out that we will apply an implementation of brand strategy in-depth and strive to shift from large country of trademarks to powerful country of trademarks preliminarily in 2020.
The main theme of the annual event this time is to commemorate the 30th anniversary of the trademark law,and to promote the summit seminar of national trademerk strategies.Besides the main forum,there were still many hot topic forums,such as Chinese trademarks protection,lawful practice of international trademarks, trademarks of agricultural products and geographical indications, international registration of trademarks,ect.The World Intellectual Property Organization together with relevant national trademark authority officials,well-known experts and scholars in the field of trademark and enterprise representatives made speeches in annual event to communicate eachother with the hot topics in the field of legal development and trademark.General Lee made a speech positively represented Gaowo,gave important advices to further perfect the trademark protection and won praises of the peers on the forum.
